However, the number for Rother was reduced. It also demonstrates the information that is out there and that can be used to build a case

- · The problems and Solutions are Clearly shown in this collection of videos.
- · Water Companies need to be given back control that was taken away in 2009, this would not stop development but put the cost back to where it should be with the developers.
- · Any on site surface water solutions once completed need to be handed to water companies to maintain, with the developer bearing the cost of and substandard work that needs rectifying.
- · All on site roadways need to be built to a standard that can be adopted by the local authority and that local authority should maintain any onsite roadway surface water effectively.
- · All local authorities and highways agencies should be made to by law to maintain surface water solutions in the condition they were intended for.
